The total design capacity for 255 reservoir projects is about 172 million m3 of water; Up to now, the total water capacity in lakes and dams is 67.35 million/m3 of water, estimated at about 42.67% of the design capacity. Up to now, there are 31 irrigation projects that have run out of water or are about to run out of water. Due to prolonged heat, it is expected that about 1,000 hectares of crops in the province will lack water and be dry, with the risk of crop failure due to drought.
