The subjects in the ring operate very sophisticatedly and discreetly, with a clear division of tasks, and transact with each other via the Telegram application to transfer lottery and lottery trading tables.

To deal with the authorities, the subjects also used junk sim cards and unofficial accounts to transact.

Vinh police reported to the Nghe An Provincial Police Board of Directors to establish a specialized project to fight this gambling ring.

Deploying professional measures synchronously, on April 21, Vinh Police Department planned and assigned working groups to simultaneously arrest 25 subjects in Vinh city, Cua Lo town and district.
