Persons who are redundant due to the arrangement of commune-level administrative officers have a maximum age of 10 years lower and a minimum of 5 years lower than the prescribed retirement age and have 20 years of compulsory social insurance payment. and above, in addition to enjoying the prescribed retirement benefits, there will be no deduction of the pension rate due to premature retirement; receive a subsidy of 1.5 months of average salary for each year of retirement before retirement age; receive a subsidy of 5 months’ average salary for the first 20 years of work, with full payment of mandatory social insurance. For redundant female commune-level officials and civil servants who retire from work, the maximum age is 10 years lower and at least 5 years lower than the retirement age and has 15 to less than 20 years of compulsory social insurance payment.
