According to information from Hanoi – Hai Phong Expressway Management and Operation Company Limited, at about 2:02 p.m. on April 22 at Km05 (direction from Hanoi to Hai Phong), a motorbike appeared (on the vehicle was a two people) blatantly entered the lane reserved for cars.
At times, this motorbike moves in a lane with a maximum speed of 120km/h. Through observation, motorbikes started entering the highway from Ring 3 intersection and exiting at intersection 3.5 Km7+500 (going from Km00 and exiting at Km07+500 towards Hanoi – Hai Phong).
The car traveled a long distance. When approaching the toll station (at Km10), it left the highway. On this route, although a large, clear sign system is posted right before entering the route, there are still occasional situations where motorbikes intentionally enter.
Recently, the company coordinated with C08 to block right at the beginning of the route, and any motorbikes that come in will be handled immediately. The situation has stabilized, but there are still a few cases where the authorities enter without seeing the authorities.
It is currently impossible to determine the license plate of the violating motorbike because the license plate on the back is small so the camera system cannot “catch” it.
Hanoi – Hai Phong Expressway Management and Operation Company Limited is coordinating with Expressway Traffic Police Team No. 2 to continue to verify and handle the case according to regulations.
