Nghe An Department of Planning and Investment has just announced the project list, thereby finding investors to implement a housing area in Nghi Thu ward, Cua Lo town with a land use area of nearly 120,000 m2.
On April 23, the Department of Planning and Investment of Nghe An province posted a notice inviting investors to participate in the housing project in Nghi Thu ward, Cua Lo town with a total expected investment of more than 510 billion VND. Of which, compensation and resettlement support costs are more than 24.6 billion VND.
The project has a total land use area of about 119,576 m2 (excluding Bau Loi land area). The investment structure includes synchronous construction according to approved planning: commercial and service area, social housing area, community cultural house, preschool, green area, water surface and technical infrastructure. .

The structure of the allocated urban area includes: 4,040m2 commercial and service area with 2-4 floors; 54,460m2 residential area built with 3-4 floors; Low-rise housing with 13,320 square meters built on 4 floors; The area where land use rights are transferred in the form of dividing plots and selling plots for people to build their own houses of 30,240m2 with 3-4 storeys high; 10,900m2 social housing built with 4 floors. It also includes public works areas, preschools, historical relics, trees and technical infrastructure.
The project’s operating term is no more than 50 years, with a progress of 5 years. Investors must qualify for equity capital of VND 102,007 billion, have implemented 2 similar projects with a total investment of VND 357,027 billion, of which contributed capital is VND 71,405 billion, or be the main contractor with a value of VND 339,784 billion. .
Deadline for receiving bids is May 27, 2024. The project promises to bring many cooperation opportunities for investors inside and outside the province.
