The project has a total land use area of about 119,576 m2 (excluding Bau Loi land area). The investment structure includes synchronous construction according to approved planning: commercial and service area, social housing area, community cultural house, preschool, green area, water surface and technical infrastructure. .

It also includes public works areas, preschools, historical relics, trees and technical infrastructure.
The project’s operating term is no more than 50 years, with a progress of 5 years. Investors must qualify for equity capital of VND 102,007 billion, have implemented 2 similar projects with a total investment of VND 357,027 billion, of which contributed capital is VND 71,405 billion, or be the main contractor with a value of VND 339,784 billion. .
Deadline for receiving bids is May 27, 2024. The project promises to bring many cooperation opportunities for investors inside and outside the province.
