Participate in contact with voters before the 7th session of the 15th National Assembly

Implementing Plan No. 03/KH-DDBQH dated April 22, 2024 of the Kon Tum Provincial National Assembly Delegation on the plan to contact voters before the 7th Session, 15th National Assembly, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee have the following opinion:

Directors of departments and branches: Agriculture and Rural Development, Industry and Trade, Transport, Finance, Natural Resources and Environment, Education and Training, Home Affairs, Health, Labor – Invalids and Society; Provincial Ethnic Committee; Kon Tum Irrigation Works Exploitation Company Limited; The People’s Committees of districts: Dak Glei, Tu Mo Rong, Kon Plong, Sa Thay and Kon Tum City sent leaders of their units to participate in contacting voters before the 7th Session of the 15th National Assembly of the Delegation Kon Tum Provincial National Assembly according to the above Plan to capture information, resolve and respond to voters’ comments and suggestions according to its authority or synthesize and advise the Provincial People’s Committee to resolve and respond to comments and suggestions. Voters’ proposals fall under the jurisdiction of the Provincial People’s Committee. Units proactively contact the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People’s Council to know the voter contact schedule for implementation.

The Department of Planning and Investment acts as the focal point and coordinates with the units assigned to participate in voter contact mentioned above to agree on car sharing arrangements when participating with the Provincial National Assembly Delegation to contact voters. to ensure savings, efficiency and strictly implement the instructions of the Provincial Party Committee.

The People’s Committees of districts: Dak Glei, Tu Mo Rong, Kon Plong, Sa Thay and Kon Tum City monitor and coordinate with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at the same level to prepare halls and necessary conditions for the organization. Voter contact conferences of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation are guaranteed to be effective and according to regulations.
