BHG – On the afternoon of April 24, the Vietnam Musicians Association of Ha Giang province organized the 3rd Congress, term 2024 – 2029 to evaluate the results of activities for the 2016 – 2023 term; directions and tasks for the 2024 – 2029 term. Attending were Major General Nguyen Duc Trinh, Chairman of the Vietnam Musicians Association; Tran Duc Quy, Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee and leaders of a number of provincial departments, branches and organizations.

Currently, the Vietnamese Musicians Association of Ha Giang province has 15 members. During the past term, members of the Association always well complied with the Party’s guidelines, the State’s policies and laws and the Association’s Charter; The members have overcome difficulties, always united, and created many works to serve the public inside and outside the province; 100% of musicians have musical works and articles of quality and quantity. The songs and articles composed mostly focus on the topic of praising the Party and Uncle Ho; praising the homeland of Ha Giang; praising youthful love; Some popular songs have become traditional songs of agencies and units. With their efforts, passion and enthusiasm for music, the members have won many noble titles from the Central and Provincial governments.

Speaking at the Congress, Chairman of the Vietnam Musicians Association Nguyen Duc Trinh and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Tran Duc Quy praised the results achieved by the Vietnam Musicians Association in Ha Giang province during the past term. At the same time, we hope that the Vietnam Musicians Association of Ha Giang province will continue to implement the resolutions of the Central Committee and the province on developing art and culture in the period of innovation and building and developing culture and people.
