HanoiBui Van Giang used a stick to hit the head many times, causing the wandering man begging for food to die on the spot.
On April 23, Giang, 35 years old, residing in Ninh Binh province, was arrested by Ha Dong district police while hiding in Giap Bat ward, Hoang Mai district.
Giang does not have a stable job, so he lives as a wanderer, often begging for food and picking up scraps and scraps in Hanoi. In early April, Giang went to beg for food at My Dinh bus station and met a man doing the same job. The two had a conflict and Giang was beaten.

On April 20, Giang went to the Octagonal hut in Mo Lao flower garden (Ha Dong) and met this man lying in one place with a sore leg. Seeing Giang, the man chased Giang away a second time.
The next afternoon, Giang drank wine and took a bamboo broomstick to the park and hit his opponent’s head several times. The man woke up and threw bricks and stones, causing Giang to run away.
Half an hour later, Giang returned, carrying a wooden stick and repeatedly hit him in the head, killing him on the spot. Giang threw away his stick and fled.
