According to a report from the Customs Department of Quang Ninh province, import and export activities through land border gates in Quang Ninh in 2023 and the first 3 months of 2024 have increased in terms of number of declarations, turnover, and number of participating businesses. compared to the same period in 2022.
In 2023, import-export turnover through border gates of Quang Ninh province will reach 3,573 million USD, an increase of 1% (compared to the same period in 2022). From January 1 to April 25, 2024, import-export turnover reached 868 million USD, an increase of 36% (compared to the same period in 2023). The total number of enterprises participating in import and export activities is 601, an increase of 38%. State budget revenue reached 391 billion VND, an increase of 10%.
The above results are thanks to the fact that in recent years, Quang Ninh province has promoted administrative reform activities, improved the business investment environment, and supported businesses.
