Immediately after being assigned by the Provincial People’s Committee to prepare a feasibility study report, the Department of Transport implemented a detailed schedule for each work item until the start of construction. At the same time, review and allocate sufficient traffic and residential land funds for resettlement and other return and auxiliary works of the project. Accordingly, the project’s preliminary land use need is about 295.7 hectares and it is expected to arrange 12 resettlement areas.

According to Yen Mo district leaders: According to the pre-feasibility study report, the investment project to build the Ninh Binh-Hai Phong expressway, the section through Ninh Binh province, has a land use need of about 137.65 hectares. in Yen Mo district.
