Nghe An Department of Planning and Investment has just issued a notice inviting interest for the housing project in Nghi Thu ward, Cua Lo town.

The project has a land use scale of 11.95 hectares. Products provided include: commercial and service areas, social housing areas, cultural houses, social housing areas, preschools, green areas, water surfaces, key technical and infrastructure works technique; rough construction and finishing of the exterior of the low-rise housing area. After completing the project, the investor hands over the technical infrastructure, transportation, cultural buildings, trees, and water surface to the local government for management.

Preliminary total project implementation cost is 485.4 billion VND; Compensation and resettlement support costs are 24.6 billion VND.

The project has an implementation schedule of 5 years and an operating term of no more than 50 years.

The deadline for investors to submit project registration documents is 8:00 a.m. on May 27, 2024.

Previously, Nghe An Department of Planning and Investment also called for investment in a series of projects with a scale of trillions of VND such as: Nghi Lien Urban Area Project in Nghi Lien commune, City. Vinh (more than 6,200 billion VND); Housing project at Sy Tan block, Yen Trung, Quynh Di ward, Hoang Mai town (nearly 670 billion VND); Project of Chung Mountain Ecological – Cultural – Spiritual Tourism Area, under the Planning to preserve, embellish and promote the value of special national relics of President Ho Chi Minh Memorial Area in Kim Lien, Nam Dan district (more than 600 billion VND).
