Joint conference to prepare for the mid-year meeting of the Provincial People’s Council

(CTTĐTBP) – On the afternoon of April 24, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council Huynh Thi Hang chaired a joint conference to prepare the content and agenda of the mid-2024 session of the Provincial People’s Council, term X, term 2021-2026. The meeting is expected to take place in July.

Leaders of the Provincial People’s Council, Provincial People’s Committee, Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Committees of the Provincial People’s Council, Provincial People’s Court, Provincial People’s Procuracy, Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Department and leaders of a number of departments and branches attend the meeting.

At this meeting, the Provincial People’s Council will approve the report of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People’s Council on the work results of the first 6 months of the year; reports of the Provincial People’s Council, People’s Procuracy, People’s Court, Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Department… The meeting also reviewed reports of the Provincial People’s Committee on work results in the first 6 months of the year and tasks for the last 6 months of the year. In addition, the Provincial People’s Council will discuss and approve reports and draft resolutions presented at the meeting.

To well prepare the content and agenda of the meeting, the Standing Committee of the People’s Council requests agencies and sectors to well perform their assigned tasks. The Provincial People’s Committee directs branches to actively prepare meeting contents on time. The Standing Committee of the Provincial People’s Council coordinated with the Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to organize for Provincial People’s Council delegates to meet with voters before the meeting.

Speaking at the conference, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council Huynh Thi Hang emphasized: Based on the discussion at the conference, sectors proactively carry out the work and content of preparation for the meeting. according to the prescribed time. Implementing the proposed schedule on time will help the quality verification work, so all sectors must make efforts to coordinate well to ensure a successful meeting./.
