At around 4:00 p.m. the same day, hail suddenly fell in Van Ho district, Son La. This phenomenon occurs mainly in Long Luong commune and some neighboring areas in the district.

According to the leader of the People’s Committee of Hang Kia commune, Mai Chau district (Hoa Binh), at the same time, in the two communes of Hang Kia and Pa Co, a hailstorm occurred that lasted about 30 minutes. This is the largest hailstorm ever in this locality.
