Specifically: 5 new planning projects include: Division 2 in Cao Xanh, Yet Kieu, Cao Thang, Ha Khanh, Ha Lam wards; Division 4 belongs to the wards of Ha Lam, Ha Trung, Ha Phong, Ha Tu, Ha Khanh, Ha Long city; Division 5 in Bai Chay, Gieng Day, Ha Khau, Viet Hung wards; Division 7 belongs to Ha Khau, Viet Hung, Dai Yen wards; Division 10 in Hoanh Bo, Dai Yen, Viet Hung wards, Ha Long city.
