Initial investigation results determined: Around the beginning of March 2024, through the social network Facebook, child N. knew and chatted with subject H. (born in 2009, residing in the same locality). On March 29, H. invited N. to his house to play. At this time, there were two other people in H.’s house, M. and D. (born in 2009, residing in the same locality).

When N. arrived, the subjects used force to drag N. into the house and then took turns raping her. At the time of being raped by the subjects, N. was not yet 13 years old.

Based on the collected documents, the Criminal Police Department of Kon Tum Provincial Police has decided to prosecute the case and prosecute the three above subjects to investigate the act of “Rape of people under 16″. year old”.
