Term 2024 – 2029, District Lawyers Association Phu Tan Determine the goal of continuing to perform well the work of propaganda, dissemination and legal education; Participate in law making; Consulting and legal aid for poor people and policy families; Actively participate in judicial reform activities, administrative procedure reform, and fight against crime; Participate in conciliation of disputes in the community. At the same time, focus on innovating content and operating methods in a practical and effective direction; Regularly consolidate and build a strong association organization.
Phu Tan District Lawyers Association currently has 141 members, living in 10 branches. In the past 5 years, the association has participated in consulting and guiding successful conciliation of 452 cases; Organized propaganda, dissemination and legal education for more than 20,000 people. Thereby, helping people better understand and comply with the provisions of the law, contributing to maintaining local security and order stability…
