On the evening of April 24, information from Hanoi City Police and Ha Dong District Police just arrested Bui Van Giang (born 1989, residing in hamlet 4, Khanh Thuy commune, Yen Khanh district, Ninh Binh province) to investigate. act of Murder.
Previously, on the morning of April 22, Ha Dong District Police received news about the discovery of a body in the Octagon hut area, within the grounds of Mo Lao park.
The victim was identified as Mr. NBN (born 1977, from Son La province). At the scene, the victim’s head had many blood stains.

Immediately upon receiving the news, Ha Dong District Police reported to Hanoi City Police and coordinated with the Criminal Police Department and professional units to urgently investigate and clarify the case.
By the morning of April 23, the authorities arrested Giang while he was hiding in the Giap Bat ward area, Hoang Mai district.
At the police station, Giang declared that he did not have a stable job, lived on the streets, and often begged for food and picked up scraps and bottles in Hanoi City.
In early April 2024, Giang was beaten by Mr. N. due to a conflict at My Dinh bus station. Half a month later, the two met again at Mo Lao park, so Giang came up with the idea of revenge.
On the afternoon of April 21, Giang bought alcohol to drink, then picked up a broomstick and turned around the Mo Lao park area to look for Mr. N. Seeing Mr. N. sleeping, Giang used the broomstick to hit Mr. N’s head several times, making the broomstick broken.
At this time, Mr. N. woke up, picked up bricks and stones around the hut and threw them, causing Giang to run away. About 30 minutes later, Giang went to the landfill again, picked up a piece of wooden stick, turned around and hit Mr. N. in the head, causing the victim to die on the spot.
The case is being investigated by Ha Dong District Police and strictly handled according to the law.
