Therefore, the Team coordinated with localities to conduct a nationwide review to make a list and mobilize families to take their children to the district, town, and city police where they live for CCCD. “The total number of permanent students in the city is more than 18 thousand. To date, the City Police have received applications for ID cards for 17.9 thousand children (reaching 99.4%), and issued nearly 10 thousand electronic identification cards. During the peak period, from March 12, 2024 to now, on average every day, the Team receives CCCD issuance applications for more than 30 children. Cumulatively up to now, the Team has achieved 91% of the assigned targets,” Lieutenant Colonel Hoanh informed.

Meanwhile, Mo Duc district police have established a mobile CCCD distribution team to coordinate with commune police to provide CCCD to students. In Duc Thang commune, following the direction of the Director of the Provincial Police, the commune police reviewed the number of students in their age group and coordinated with the mobile CCCD issuance team of the district police to issue CCCD to students. When the mobile CCCD issuance team returns to the commune, the commune police coordinate with the school to carry out procedures for issuance of CCCD. To date, 21/26 students in Duc Thang commune have been granted CCCD. The remaining students are sick or have duplicate data. For students with duplicate data, the commune police take steps to delete the data so that the student can do CCCD in their place of residence.
