Ninh Thuan Social Insurance promotes propaganda and mobilizes members to participate in voluntary social insurance and health insurance

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Trung, Deputy Director of Ninh Thuan Social Insurance, said that in 2023, Ninh Thuan Social Insurance will coordinate with the Women’s Union and the Farmers’ Association (collectively referred to as the Associations) to organize many propaganda campaigns to the grassroots and HV. and people from all walks of life about policies on social insurance and health insurance in different forms, such as: Organizing comprehensive conferences, dialogues, integrating them into professional training sessions, and organizational activities. facilities and club activities; distributing leaflets and leaflets; Propagate on the units’ electronic information pages, share on zalo, personal Facebook of officers and members; develop plans, send staff and students to participate in training courses, foster propaganda skills organized by the social insurance agency or integrate them into technical transfer training classes for students organized by associations. Specifically: The Provincial Farmers’ Association organized 14 conferences with about 750 participants; The Provincial Women’s Union organized 3 conferences with about 370 participants.

Through these propaganda and advocacy conferences, members of the Associations have clearly seen the practical benefits of participating in voluntary social insurance and health insurance, so the number of members of the Associations participating in voluntary social insurance and health insurance is increasing. In 2023, there will be 98/398 officers of Farmers’ Association branches at all levels participating in voluntary social insurance, reaching 25%; 17/457 officers of the Deputy Association of Farmers’ Union at all levels participate in voluntary social insurance, reaching 0.4%; 45,300/49,801 members of the Farmers’ Union participate in household health insurance, reaching 91%. The Provincial Women’s Union has mobilized 123/410 branch leaders and deputy officials to participate in voluntary social insurance, reaching 30%; 307/410 branch leaders, deputy leaders and about 80,130 members participate in household health insurance, reaching 90%.

In order to coordinate propaganda and advocacy for the development of participants in voluntary social insurance and health insurance to achieve high results, right from the beginning of 2024, Ninh Thuan Social Insurance has developed a plan and coordinated with the Farmers’ Association and Women’s Union. Ninh Thuan province thoroughly grasps and implements the goals and solutions stated in Resolution No. 28-NQ/TW dated May 23, 2018 of the Central Executive Committee on social insurance policy reform; Resolution No. 27-NQ/TU dated December 4, 2023 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee; Resolution No. 20-NQ/TW dated October 25, 2017 of the Central Executive Committee on strengthening the protection, care and improvement of people’s health in the new situation.

According to Mr. Nguyen Thanh Trung, based on the coordination plan developed in early 2024, all levels of the Association have proactively launched specific emulation movements for officials and students, assigning targets to mobilize and develop participants. for all levels of the Association. At the same time, innovate the content, form, and methods of propaganda to help officials and students improve their knowledge of social insurance and health insurance policies and laws, such as: Organizing dialogue conferences and policy consultations. Social insurance, health insurance; training classes, refresher courses, and student activities; communication on the Association’s media such as website, facebook, zalo…; Promote the coordination of propaganda and mobilization of officials, employees and people to participate and enjoy benefits of social insurance and health insurance, especially voluntary social insurance and household health insurance… Strive to mobilize by the end of 2024. Encourage about 30% of branch leaders and deputy heads in villages and neighborhoods to participate in voluntary social insurance (130 people) and 100% of members of associations participate in health insurance.
