Can you share your experiences on CD at Nestlé Vietnam factories?
– Nestlé’s factories in Vietnam are always cared for, invested in and promoted by the group. Nestlé Vietnam commits to continue investing in real estate throughout its entire value chain. Our approach focuses on bottom-up orientation, in which we will identify internal needs for real estate solutions, then seek additional external technologies. This will help ensure our investments are aligned with the specific needs of our employees and consumers.
At the scope of production and supply chain, CDS has supported Nestlé in ensuring consistency and efficiency between the production of high quality products and on-time delivery to consumers. In addition, we are leveraging digital technology in areas such as marketing and sales to understand and customize products more flexibly and appropriately to meet consumer needs.
Currently, Nestlé is one of the 10 foreign investors with the largest total capital in Dong Nai. Nestlé has 3 manufacturing factories in Dong Nai including: Nestlé Dong Nai Factory in Bien Hoa 2 Industrial Park, Nestlé Tri An Factory and Nestlé Binh An Factory located in Amata Industrial Park (Bien Hoa city).
During the process of innovation, applying technology to management and production operations, does Nestlé encounter any difficulties or advantages? What support policies does Dong Nai have for the conversion?
