The child abuse incident occurred on the morning of April 11, at Ti Bo Kindergarten and the person who committed the child abuse was Ms. LTBN, who is also the owner of this Kindergarten class.

After the incident, Ms. N. was aware of her violation and proactively discussed and met to reconcile and compensate the child and family, but the family’s consent was not yet obtained. .

At a meeting with the authorities on the morning of April 24, Ms. N. admitted and took responsibility for her violation.

According to the People’s Committee of Linh Dong ward, Ms. LTBN’s behavior violates the provisions of the regulations and ethical standards of kindergarten class owners.

Based on current regulations and at the request of the Department of Education and Training of Thu Duc City, the Ward People’s Committee issued a decision to suspend the operation of Ti Bo Kindergarten from April 25.

Ms. LTBN must ensure full benefits for teachers, staff and civil liability for parents and children studying in this Kindergarten class after its operations are suspended.

The Ward People’s Committee directed the Ward Police to continue working, verify information, and advise on handling according to legal regulations for Ms. LTBN’s violations.

On the same day, the People’s Committee of Linh Dong ward also coordinated with the Department of Education and Training of Thu Duc city to organize visits and encouragement for families and students who were abused.

For the remaining 22 children studying at Ti Bo Kindergarten, the Ward People’s Committee coordinated with the City Department of Education and Training to support the transfer to schools, kindergartens, and children’s groups in the ward.

From a professional perspective, Ms. Luong Thi Hong Diep, Head of the Early Childhood Education Department – Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training, said that this teacher’s actions are unacceptable for a preschool teacher. young.
