Exciting professional competition of “Fire Prevention and Fighting Safety Team”

(Congan.nghean.gov.vn)-On the afternoon of April 24, 2024, Nghi Loc District People’s Committee organized the Fire Fighting and Rescue Professional Competition “Fire Prevention and Fighting Safety Team” in 2024.

Participating in the contest were 40 members from 05 teams, which are 05 competition clusters in the commune. Members of the teams participating in the competition are members of the commune-level fire prevention and fighting safety (fire prevention) group.

Competing teams go through 2 parts including theory and practice. In particular, the theory test asked and answered questions about fire prevention and rescue knowledge. After completing the theoretical competition, teams competed in the practical firefighting and rescue competition with skills such as: deploying forces, handling firefighting situations; Skills for saving people and moving property for housing combined with production and business; first aid skills; Skills in using firefighting tools and fire extinguishers; skills to organize escape in a fire…

At the end of the competition, the Organizing Committee awarded First, Second, Third, and Consolation prizes to the competing teams. Team cluster 2 (Nghi Xa commune) winning first prize will represent Nghi Loc district to participate in the provincial competition.

Through the contest, we aim to contribute to raising the awareness, responsibility, capacity, and professional skills of fire prevention and rescue of the grassroots fire prevention and fighting force and the “Fire safety safety groups”; effectively promote the motto “Four on the spot”. ” in handling fire and explosion situations in residential areas.
