(BDT) – On May 19, Tri Viet Auction Partnership Company and the Management Board of Construction Investment and Land Fund Development Projects of Tuy Hoa City will organize an auction of the right to use 73 plots of land in Phu Ward. According to the announcement, the auctioned assets are the rights to use 73 residential land plots, including: 23 residential land plots belonging to the Residential Area Technical Infrastructure Project to create a land fund to mobilize to serve the Bach Dang Road Project Phase 2 (District 2). land number 2, phase 1), Phu Dong ward; 48 residential land plots at the Residential Area Technical Infrastructure Project west of the 25m planning road, Quarter 4, Phu Thanh Ward; 1 plot of residential land at the Technical Infrastructure Project of the Eastern Residential Area, the Provincial Police Officers’ and Soldiers’ Housing Area, Phu Thanh Ward and Phu Dong Ward; 1 plot of residential land at Eastern Residential Technical Infrastructure Project, A1 Residential Area), Binh Kien Commune, Tuy Hoa City, Phu Yen Province.
For land lots whose purpose is urban residential land, the State allocates land with land use fees in the form of auctioning land use rights and has a long term of use.
The 73 plots of land have a total auction land area of 15,430.6 m2. The area of land lots ranges from 87.5 – 585.6 m2/lot. Starting price for each plot of land ranges from 411,425 million VND to more than 7.86 billion VND/lot. The total starting price of 73 plots of land is more than 237,594 billion VND.
Subjects participating in the auction are households and individuals who are allocated land by the State with collection of land use fees according to Article 55 of the 2013 Land Law and meet the conditions specified in Article 38 of the Law on Asset Auction. 2016 product…
Auction documents are sold and applications for registration to participate in the auction are submitted from 7:30 a.m. on April 24 to 5:00 p.m. on May 16, 2024 at the Office of Tri Viet Auction Partnership Company, No. 391 Nguyen Hue, Ward 7, Tuy Hoa city, Phu Yen province.
