After listening to the reports, 06 voters raised opinions and recommendations, focusing on contents such as: Recommend that all levels pay attention to have regulations for part-time activists in villages and groups with Working time of 10 years or more; Group 17 of Song Cau ward is in the heart of the city but there are still many roads that have not been concreted; Difficulties in using CCCD for people with 2 names; I hope all levels will pay attention and support operating funds for social organizations such as the Association for Victims of Agent Orange/dioxin; Problems with land, procedures, and opening roads to production fields; Enterprise activities cause land to spill onto people’s fields; The process of exchanging land for group 3 to build a Cultural House has not yet been resolved…

Speaking at the Conference, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hoang Duy Chinh further clarified the voters’ recommendations, affirming that he will receive and direct all levels and branches in the province to consider and resolve according to regulations; Other opinions will be compiled by the National Assembly Delegation to propose to the National Assembly for consideration. The Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized: Bac Kan City is in the process of urgently building traffic and infrastructure… so it is in great need of voters and people to support, agree and share with the difficulties that arise. . Regarding the concreting of village roads, the team needs to carry out socialization work well, with the State and People working together. The legal regulations, such as wearing full helmets and not participating in traffic when using alcohol, need to be strictly followed by people. Regarding people’s problems related to land, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested the People’s Committee of Bac Kan city and Song Cau ward to thoroughly resolve them in accordance with the provisions of law./.
