Inauguration of the Hanoi – Dien Bien Phu Primary School project to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien’s liberation

The project to repair and upgrade Hanoi – Dien Bien Phu Primary School was started construction on August 16, 2023 with a total investment of 70 billion VND from funding from the City. Hanoi and a corresponding part of Dien Bien province. This is a very meaningful project, not only helping teachers and students in the city. Dien Bien has better learning conditions, contributing to improving the quality of education but also has traditional educational significance, demonstrating the continuation of the nation’s great spirit of victory, from the “Dien Bien Phu Victory”. to the victory of Hanoi – Dien Bien Phu in the air” sent by the Party Committee, Government and People of Hanoi to the People of Dien Bien Province.

The project is divided into 3 packages: Repair and renovation of kitchen, office building, 2-storey functional classroom; Classroom building with 12 rooms, 6 functional classrooms, 03 floors; 18-room classroom building (4 floors), multi-purpose building, fire fighting water tank, and domestic water tank.

Auxiliary items: leveling; gates, fences, yards, flower beds, underground water tanks; garage; outdoor power supply system, outdoor drainage system, outdoor fire protection water supply system, domestic water supply system… The project is owned by the Project Management Board of Civil and Industrial Works of Dien Bien province invest.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Le Thanh Do, Chairman of Dien Bien Provincial People’s Committee, emphasized: After 9 months of urgent construction, the Hanoi – Dien Bien Phu Primary School project has now been completed. This is an event with important political and social significance, opening a new stage of development in the school’s educational work.
