According to Mr. Nguyen Tien Dat – Secretary of Muong Ang District Party Committee, to welcome the delegations back to Dien Bien, the district arranged 8 tents, many toilets and 800 chairs along the 42m road.

At the same time, install a central command area with 200 sets of tables and chairs and hang banners along the roads in the district center. To properly welcome the delegations, the district mobilized 25 officers and soldiers of the Military Command, 30 officers and soldiers of the District Police and more than 100 officers, teachers, and youth union members.
