Mr. Huynh Van Son (34 years old, from Vinh Long) is the victim who lost his car and more than 80 orders in a clip extracted from a citizen’s camera. “If this happened, I would lose more than half of my income, and only my wife would work. The couple is sad every night. They don’t have much money from work and now they have to borrow more money. From the day the incident happened until now, other than helping his wife deliver goods, Mr. Son has only stayed at home. This month, I probably have to ask the landlord for money for my husband to stay for 2 months, then borrow more to send my children to study in the countryside,” Mr. Son said.
