State management of market economy and cooperatives

Regarding trade promotion and market expansion

Program to bring Vietnamese goods to the countryside: organized 07 rounds of bringing Vietnamese goods to the countryside in remote communes in the province. Support the organization of the OCOP product introduction and sales point: maintain the operation of the provincial OCOP product introduction and sales point at 339 – Phan Chu Trinh, Kon Tum city. The selling point attracts about 100 OCOP products of the province and some OCOP products of other provinces and cities. In addition, the unit also brings products to participate in connection in a number of provinces and cities in the country. Currently mobilizing businesses and cooperatives to participate in the Vietnam – Laos – Cambodia – Thailand Exhibition Fair in Lao PDR in April 2024. E-commerce: Guide and support businesses and cooperatives in the province to participate in promoting and introducing products on Kon Tum province’s e-commerce platform at http://kontumtrade.gov.vn , participating in online exhibitions, participating in sales on e-commerce platforms (lazada, shopee…); organize training classes and develop e-commerce human resources to access multinational e-commerce platforms for businesses and cooperatives in the province; Support businesses and cooperatives to build websites to promote brands and products as well as build a set of online sales solutions under the E-commerce Development Program. Of these, there are 06 products of 02 Cooperatives recognized as 04-star OCOP products and 75 03-star OCCOP products.

Regarding issuance of planting area codes: There are 03 agricultural cooperatives in the province that have been granted 06 export planting area codes with an area of ​​73.32 hectares; 02 cooperatives and cooperative groups were granted codes for growing areas for domestic consumption with an area of ​​20 hectares; There are 43 cooperatives and cooperative groups granted certificates of conformity with standards and technical regulations for agricultural production with an area of ​​361.9 hectares (Coffee: 103.5 hectares (VietGap); 168 hectares (Fairtrade) Certificate); Fruit trees: 25.6 hectares (VietGAP); Rice: 30 hectares (VietGap) and some cooperatives and THTs producing vegetables according to VietGap standards are 34.8 hectares.

About the application of science, engineering and new technology

About access to capital

By March 31, 2024, total outstanding loans to members of PCFs are estimated to reach 455 billion VND; Bad debt is about 100 million VND, accounting for a relatively small proportion of 0.02% of total outstanding debt.
