10 years of implementing Resolution 33-NQ/TW

Recently, the Provincial Party Standing Committee held a conference to summarize 10 years of implementing Resolution 33-NQ/TW and 15 years of implementing Directive 38-CT/TW of the Party Central Committee.

The conference was chaired by important comrades in the provincial leadership system including Pham Dai Duong, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Cao Thi Hoa An, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council; along with Ta Anh Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee. Also attending the conference were members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, leaders of the Provincial Party Committee building committees, and leaders of relevant departments, branches and localities.

In the report presented at the conference, comrade Bui Thanh Toan, Member of the Standing Committee and Head of the Provincial Party Committee’s Propaganda Committee, reviewed the positive progress achieved. The implementation of Resolution 33-NQ/TW and Directive 38-CT/TW has been carried out through the application of Action Program 22-CTr/TU and Plan 79.

Over the past 10 years, the implementation of Resolution 33-NQ/TW has focused on leadership and implementation of policies on culture and human development. State management in this field has also had many significant improvements.

Regarding Directive 38-CT/TW, there has been a significant increase in health insurance participants, reaching a coverage rate of 94.21% of the province’s population. State management of health insurance has also been improved and created a legal corridor for effective implementation.

The conference also evaluated and proposed measures to continue to effectively implement Resolution 33-NQ/TW and Directive 38-CT/TW, and emphasized the need to focus on reviewing documents and checking documents. Inspect and monitor the implementation of both tasks. At the same time, proposals and recommendations on solutions focusing on removing difficulties and continuing to effectively implement Resolution 33-NQ/TW and Directive 38-CT/TW were made.
