The People’s Public Security force participating in the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory on May 7 will be deployed to organize training for 11 groups to participate in military parades and parades.
Among the 9 blocks going are: Command vehicle block, flag police group; Block of male People’s Security officers; People’s Police; and the male and female divisions of the CSC; Block of male fire prevention and fighting officers; Block of female Special Police soldiers; Block of male Special Police soldiers; Cavalry Special Forces Division. The two standing blocks include: The standing block of male security officers and the standing block of male police officers.
This morning (April 25), the first troop transport vehicles of the Ministry of Public Security transporting troops to Dien Bien departed. Because the bus departed early in the morning, the soldiers had to wake up many hours before to prepare their military equipment, ready to go to Dien Bien Phu City on duty.
The preparation of clothes, personal belongings, essential items… is prepared the night before. This morning, the soldiers woke up early to have breakfast and clean their rooms before leaving.
Bui Quynh Huong (student of the People’s Security Academy) woke up early to prepare her outfit for the trip to Dien Bien on duty.
Quynh Huong said: “I am very honored and proud to stand in the parade of the Female Traffic Police Officers. This is the first time I have the opportunity to go to Dien Bien and will try to complete it.” Successfully complete assigned tasks”.
Nguyen Thi Ngoc Anh (student of the People’s Security Academy, head of the Female Traffic Police Officer block) was nervous and somewhat excited the first time she went to Dien Bien. During the recent training period, despite many difficulties, Anh and her teammates still encouraged each other to try to complete the task well.

Sharing the same feelings as the first time he set foot in Dien Bien, soldier Nguyen Minh Quan felt quite nervous to attend a big event like the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory. However, that is also the motivation for Quan to try and contribute his part to the celebration.
It is determined that the weather in Dien Bien will be much hotter than in Hanoi, but with determination and effort in each training session, Quan hopes he will complete his mission well in this celebration.
