Pursuant to Document No. 4959/NHNo-TCNS dated April 24, 2024 of Agribank General Director on labor recruitment for the first phase of 2024;

Agribank North Nam Dinh Branch announces labor recruitment for the first phase of 2024 as follows:

I. Work location, position and number of vacancies

II. CANDIDATE CONDITIONS AND STANDARDS

– Regarding training level: Required to graduate from University, full-time program (excluding candidates who graduated from university transfer program), major appropriate to the position applied for (Banking and Finance, Accounting , Auditing, Economics, Business Administration…).

– Other additional requirements:

+ Regarding foreign language and computer skills: Candidates must complete foreign language and computer skills according to Agribank’s regulations if recruited.

+ Regarding background: Have a clear background confirmed by a competent state agency within no more than 06 months prior to the date of submitting the application dossier; Not be under criminal prosecution, serving a sentence, being sentenced to prison, non-custodial reform, probation, being subject to local educational measures or being sent to a medical treatment facility or facility. education….

+ Regarding age: no more than 35 years old, in some cases where it is necessary to attract good workers, no more than 40 years old.

+ Regarding height and health status: Men are 1.60m or higher, women are 1.55m or more; Be healthy enough to undertake the job, have a health certificate issued by a health agency within 12 months prior to the date of application submission. After admission, candidates must undergo a health examination according to Agribank’s requirements.

III. APPLICATION PROFILE INCLUDES

1. Labor recruitment registration form with photo (Form taken on Agribank’s website or taken directly at application receiving points);

Candidates can register 02 wishes

– Aspiration 1: Candidates register for a work location according to personal wishes (Headquarters/District Branch)

– Desire 2: Candidates register for a working location assigned by the Recruitment Council. In this case, the candidate must commit to working long-term at the unit for at least 5 years (if recruited).

2. Curriculum vitae (photo attached) certified by a competent state agency within no more than 06 months prior to the date of application submission.

3. Copies of diplomas, transcripts (diploma appendix), certificates as required by the position applied for (notarized, no more than 6 months from the date of application submission)

4. Copy of ID card/Citizen identification card. Copy of birth certificate (notarized, not more than 6 months from the date of application submission)

5. Health certificate issued by a competent medical agency within 12 months from the date of application submission.

6. Commitment documents and other documents of the candidate (if any)

7. 4×6 color photos (2 photos)

Note:

– Candidates register their exact aspirations for the vacancy position and work location to submit their application documents at the Branch in accordance with Agribank’s announcement.

– Each candidate only applies for 01 position at a Type I Branch during the centralized recruitment period (in case the candidate applies at the same time to 02 Type I Branches or registers his/her wish at this Type I Branch but submits applications at other Type I branches, Agribank has the right to exclude candidates’ applications from this recruitment round).

– Agribank does not accept: applications submitted on behalf of, applications submitted overdue, applications of candidates who have violated the exam rules in previous years.

– Candidates are fully responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the recruitment application. In case Agribank detects that the exam registration documents are inaccurate or dishonest, the candidate’s exam results will be canceled.

IV. TIME AND LOCATION OF RECEIVING DOCUMENTS

1. Applicants submit applications directly at the General Department on the 4th floor, Agribank North Nam Dinh Branch, address: Lot N5 Pham Ngu Lao Street – Nam Dinh City – Nam Dinh Province.

2. Time to receive applications: From April 25, 2024 to May 7, 2024 (Morning from 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m., afternoon from 1:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.; Monday to Friday except holidays as prescribed).

V. FORM OF RECRUITMENT ORGANIZATION

– Applicants must participate in the following rounds: Preliminary application, written exam, and interview

+ For candidates applying for credit and accounting positions with 3 years or more of experience related to the recruitment position, working at large auditing companies (Deloitte, E&Y, PwC, KPMG…). Large banks (VietinBank, Vietcombank, BIDV,…) passing the preliminary round will be able to participate in the interview without having to take the professional written test. Applicants must provide documents proving their working history of 3 years or more, including: confirmation of social insurance payment process/Labor contract at the previous unit…

– Time and location of the exam: Agribank will notify candidates eligible to participate in the exam (expected exam time in May 2024).
