Announcing the decision to appoint Head of the Legal Department of the Provincial People’s Council

On the afternoon of April 25, comrade Nguyen Xuan Ky, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council, handed over the decision of the Provincial People’s Council on the work of cadres of the Provincial People’s Council’s Legal Department.

Comrade Nguyen Xuan Ky, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council, presented the decision of the Provincial People’s Council on receiving Comrade Pham Thi Hong Hanh, Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment, a delegate of the Provincial People’s Council, to the public office. Work full-time at the Legal Department of the Provincial People’s Council to assume the position of Head of the Legal Department of the People’s Council of Quang Ninh province for the 2021-2026 term.

Emphasizing the important functions, tasks, and roles of the Provincial People’s Council’s Legal Department, the Provincial Party Secretary requested Comrade Pham Thi Hong Hanh, Head of the Provincial People’s Council’s Legal Department, to continue promoting her capacity and experience. Experience, work with the Legal Department and coordinate with the Committees of the Provincial People’s Council to advise the Provincial People’s Council to continue to innovate and improve the quality of meetings, supervision activities, questioning and answering activities; Advise, coordinate and direct the resolution of voters’ and people’s petitions, ensuring the people’s legitimate rights and interests. Thereby contributing to improving the quality of operations, so that the Provincial People’s Council can promote its role as a local state power agency, representing the will, aspirations and ownership of the people.

In her new position, comrade Pham Thi Hong Hanh, Head of the Provincial People’s Council’s Legal Department, thanked the Provincial People’s Council for its trust and assigned tasks. At the same time, he affirmed that he will constantly cultivate, study, and continue to promote his capacity, experience, and strengths along with the Provincial People’s Council to contribute to the overall development of the province.
