Reporting to voters on the expected program content of the Saturday Session, National Assembly Representative Tran Khanh Thu said that the Session will open on May 20 and is expected to close on June 28. The National Assembly will meet at the National Assembly House in two sessions: phase 1, from May 20 to the morning of June 8 and phase 2, from June 17 to the morning of June 28.

At this session, it is expected that the National Assembly will consider and pass 10 bills and 3 draft resolutions; give opinions on 11 draft laws; Consider and decide on socio-economic issues, state budget, supervision and other important issues.

Voters of Kien Xuong district expressed strong agreement with the expected content of the Saturday Meeting program; agree, support and believe in the decisions of the National Assembly at the next session.

Regarding specific issues, related to the Red River dyke project from Binh Thanh commune, Kien Xuong district to Tan Lap culvert, Vu Thu district, Representatives of voters in Nam Tien village, Hong Tien commune suggested that when implementing the project, it is necessary to pay attention to the lives of households who are directly affected.

Representative of voters of Thuong Hien commune, expressed concern with the regulations in the Articles 9, 10 and 11 of Decree No. 75/2021/ND-CP of the Government regulates the levels of benefits, allowances and preferential regimes for people with meritorious services to the revolution, support for visiting and moving the remains of martyrs… Reality in Some communes show that households with martyrs’ graves currently buried in cemeteries of foreign provinces, especially southern provinces, wish to transfer the martyrs’ remains to their hometown. However, during the implementation process, people still encounter difficulties with the instructions stipulating how relatives of martyrs, authorized persons, and relatives of worshipers enjoy support regimes; The level of support funding and monthly survivor benefits for martyrs’ relatives are still low… Voters want the competent authorities to have specific written instructions, considering balancing levels of support, ensuring to create the most favorable conditions for people.

Voters also asked local leaders to pay attention to environmental protection and assess the environmental impact of livestock farm projects to have timely solutions to avoid affecting people’s lives in the future. residential area.
