Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development Yen Bai Provincial Branch Yen Bai announces recruitment for the first batch of 2024

1. Conditions and standards for candidates:

1.1. General conditions:

– Recruitment candidates must be no more than 35 years old; Men are 1.60m tall, women are 1.55m or higher. Healthy enough to undertake the job, with a certificate issued by a health agency within 12 months, up to the date of submitting the application.

– Candidates must meet standards of quality and professional ethics; Qualifications and professional abilities according to the requirements of the job position to be recruited.

– Clear background confirmed by a competent state agency within no more than 6 months prior to the date of application submission; Not be under criminal prosecution, serving a sentence, being sentenced to prison, non-custodial reform, probation, being subject to local educational measures or being sent to a medical treatment facility or facility. education…;

1.2. Regarding training level:

– Requirements for candidates taking the exam for Credit positions: Required to have graduated from a university, full-time program (excluding candidates who graduated from a university transfer program), with a major suitable to the position applied for ( Banking and Finance, Auditing, Economics, Business Administration,…)

1.3. Regarding foreign language and computer skills: Candidates must complete their foreign language and computer skills according to Agribank’s regulations if recruited.

1.3. About registration:

Candidates can register for 02 wishes:

+ Aspiration 1: Candidates register for a work location according to personal wishes at one of the units (Headquarters, Van Chan Branch, Nghia Lo Town Branch) of Agribank Yen Bai Province Branch.

+ Desire 2: Candidates register for a working location assigned by the Recruitment Council and in this case the candidate must commit to working long-term at the unit for at least 05 years (if recruited).

2. Recruitment form:

Candidates must participate in three rounds:

– Round 1: Preliminary selection of documents before the written exam (candidates who pass the preliminary round will be eligible to participate in round 2).

For candidates applying for credit positions with 3 years or more of experience related to recruitment positions working at large auditing companies (Deloitte, E&Y, PwC, KPMG…), large banks ( Vietinbank, Vietcombank, BIDV…), passing the preliminary round will be able to participate in round 3 without having to take the professional written test.

– Round 2: Professional written exam.

– Round 3: Interview.

3. Application documents:

– Registration form with 3×4 photo (according to Agribank’s form).

– A clear curriculum vitae, certified by a competent state agency within no more than 6 months prior to the date of application submission.

– Copy of birth certificate with red seal.

– Notarized copies: Diploma, transcript (diploma appendix), Foreign language certificate, computer science certificate…

– Notarized copy: Valid ID card or CCCD card.

– Health certificate issued by a competent medical agency within 12 months from the date of application submission.

– Other documents (if any).

Candidates are fully responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of their application. In case Agribank detects that a candidate’s registration documents are not accurate or truthful, the candidate’s results will be canceled.

4. Time and place to receive applications:

4.2. Time to receive applications: From April 25, 2024 to May 7, 2024 (Morning from 8:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m., afternoon from 1:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.; Monday to Friday).

5. Exam time and location:

– Time and location of the exam: Agribank will notify each candidate eligible to participate in the exam (expected exam time in May 2024)
