Improve competitiveness index

According to the results of the announcement of the Provincial Governance and Public Administration Performance Index in Vietnam (PAPI) in 2023, Soc Trang province ranks 4th in the country and tops the Mekong Delta region, up 20 places compared to 2022.
Mr. Lam Van Man said that, thanks to the leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee, People’s Council and Provincial People’s Committee, Soc Trang’s PAPI Index achieved outstanding scores, in the top 4 in the country with the highest scores. Specifically, the 2023 PAPI Index of Soc Trang province reaches a total of 45.6196 points (42.8559 points in 2022), ranking 4/63 provinces and cities; increased 20 places compared to 2022 (2022, ranked 24th).
