Receive applications, publicly announce the list of candidate candidates, and the Commune-level Police organize the reception of recruitment documents. In case the dossier is incomplete or not valid according to regulations, the dossier receiving department is responsible for notifying immediately upon receipt and providing instructions to complete the dossier according to regulations.
