To avoid Vietnamese vehicles being detained in China, the Lao Cai Provincial Economic Zone Management Board recommends that businesses involved in import and export at the border gate need to improve the legality and formality of transactions. buying, selling, importing and exporting goods.

At the same time, transport businesses, before accepting freight, request drivers to clarify the contents and terms of the contract with Vietnamese shippers regarding the condition of goods and vehicles…. , the responsibilities of the parties involved when a dispute occurs on the Chinese side.

According to the Management Board of Lao Cai Economic Zone, from the beginning of the year until now, export of goods through border gates in Lao Cai reached 316 million USD, an increase of 45% over the same period in 2023.
