Dak Nong trained 50 officials to use the TABMIS system

From April 24 – 26, the Department of Informatics and Financial Statistics (Ministry of Finance) coordinated with the Department of Information Technology (State Treasury) to organize training for staff to use the TABMIS system in Dak Nong. The students are 50 officials from departments under the Department of Finance of Dak Nong and finance and planning departments of districts and cities of the province.

During 3 days, the Department of Financial Informatics and Statistics and the Department of Information Technology will disseminate 11 topics related to the TABMIS system. Central staff will guide the processes of entering estimates, adjusting estimates, entering payment orders, setting up the system and skills in using TABMIS itself…

According to the Department of Financial Informatics and Statistics, the TABMIS system is a budget and Treasury management information system. This is considered the “backbone”, managing all revenues and expenditures of the State budget.

The training aims to improve the professional qualifications, skills, and ability to exploit and operate the TABMIS system of users in the process of data entry and reporting on the TABMIS system from the stage of estimating and management. implementation process as well as reporting.

Leaders of the Dak Nong Department of Finance said that in the coming time, the department will coordinate with the Department of Financial Informatics and Statistics to train applications in the field of financial and budget management for commune, ward and district officials. public service units in the area.
