Currently, Cam Pha City Police continue to investigate and expand the case to strictly handle it in accordance with the law.

Identifying “black credit” activities as a source of other types of crimes, such as: Crime of property theft, crime of fraudulent appropriation of property, crime of intentionally causing injury, crime of illegally arresting people, crime of destruction of property… Quang Ninh has drastically directed the functional forces to focus on fighting and strictly handling acts related to “black credit”.

The Provincial People’s Committee issued Official Dispatch No. 3389/UBND-NC dated November 29, 2023 on strengthening solutions to prevent, stop and handle “black credit” activities in the area; which has specified the contents and assigned tasks to departments, branches and People’s Committees of districts, towns and cities to focus on implementation. Many groups and subjects operating at high interest rates in civil transactions were discovered and destroyed. At the end of 2018, there were 798 pawnshop, loan and financial support service establishments in the province, now only 159 establishments remain.
