Mr. Le Van Hieu is a former student of the Vietnam Academy of Agriculture, so his teachers created conditions for practical scientific research and more than 80% of the academy’s graduates are working at the company.

“Starting a business must first accept risks, work 16-20 hours a day, accept the trade-off of time. Before that, it is necessary to study, be properly trained, hone knowledge and skills, and build relationships. social relationships, sharing experiences, researching, having capital and spending the money you get, having ideas, creativity… Once you have the conditions, start a business and it’s important to keep the spirit of entrepreneurship. When you fail, don’t be afraid to work for money, gain experience… and continue to start a business,” Mr. Le Van Hieu said.

At that time, there were too many large businesses ahead and competing in the field. So, if he wanted to overcome it, he had to use his knowledge and experience, and then he put the product on the internet to help farmers access the latest products and provide the fastest support to all farmers across the country. .
