Nam Binh Xuyen Industrial Park (Green Park Vinh Phuc Industrial Park) with a total area of ​​nearly 294.75 hectares, of which more than 200 hectares of industrial land for rent are located in communes: Phu Xuan, Tan Phong, Huong town Canh and Dao Duc town of Binh Xuyen district. The total investment capital of the project is more than 2,200 billion VND, of which the investor’s capital contribution is more than 360 billion VND.

Nam Binh Xuyen Industrial Park has Investment Registration Certificate No. 8778886028 issued for the first time on May 6, 2021 by the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Vinh Phuc province; Business registration number 2500665260 dated May 12, 2021 of the Department of Planning and Investment of Vinh Phuc province for Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park Development Company Limited. Nam Binh Xuyen Industrial Park had its investment policy approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 399/QD-TTg dated March 19, 2021; Vinh Phuc Provincial People’s Committee approved detailed construction planning at 1/500 scale in Decision No. 36/QD-UBND dated January 7, 2022.

The project is divided into 2 phases, invested by Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park Development Company Limited (joint venture J&D Partner Company Limited and VK Investment Consulting Company Limited) with a total investment capital of more than 2,200 billion copper.

Currently, the project has completed the clearance of bombs and mines; geological survey drilling; approve the environmental impact assessment report; Approve local adjustments to construction planning at a rate of 1/500; counted, declared, and owned 95 hectares; There is a decision to approve the compensation and site clearance plan (BT-GPMB) of 33.7 hectares; Advance funding of more than 294 billion VND.

However, the BT-clearance process is behind schedule; Solving the difficult-to-cultivate agricultural land area sandwiched between Nam Binh Xuyen Industrial Park and other projects faces many difficulties.

With the orientation of building Nam Binh Xuyen Industrial Park to become the most modern production base in the North, attracting investors to produce electronics, telecommunications, machinery, auto components, and medical equipment. , optics… Recently, leaders of Vinh Phuc Provincial People’s Committee have had many working sessions with the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board, Departments, branches, Binh Xuyen District People’s Committee and investors to overcome difficulties. , problems related to compensation, site clearance, and human resource development. To date, the project’s site clearance compensation area is 71.71/294.75 hectares.

In the coming time, the Industrial Zones Management Board and Binh Xuyen District People’s Committee will continue to accelerate land clearance and clearance work to soon have a clean site assigned to investors to invest in building technical infrastructure of the industrial park; The Department of Natural Resources and Environment coordinates with relevant agencies to review, resolve and guide the recovery of intercropping, difficult-to-cultivate land areas outside the project boundaries; The investor completes the construction design drawings and construction permit application documents…

Determined to put the project into operation as committed, Korean real estate and financial group – PNX Group (Parent company of J&D Partner Co., Ltd.) has cooperated with CNC Tech Group Joint Stock Company. to develop the Nam Binh Xuyen Industrial Park project to become a model industrial park in terms of infrastructure and environmental quality, leading in cultural behavior in Vietnam and Vinh Phuc in particular.

Accordingly, Nam Binh Xuyen Industrial Park will be invested in an IMS automated warehouse system, a security and epidemic control system using AI, and the green park will also have a lake system larger than 10 hectares and use Solar panels cover the entire factory roof.

With a tax exemption policy for the first 2 years and 50% tax for the next 4 years; At the same time, it owns a strategic location right at the southern gateway of Binh Xuyen district and is located in an area with many large industrial parks of Vinh Phuc such as: Binh Xuyen Industrial Park, Ba Thien Industrial Park, Thang Long Industrial Park. , Son Loi Industrial Park… Currently, there are many investors interested in Nam Binh Xuyen Industrial Park, especially investors from Korea.

Along with that, the general planning project of Binh Xuyen urban area until 2040 has been approved by the Provincial People’s Committee. When the Nam Binh Xuyen Industrial Park project comes into operation, it will have an important resonance for Binh Xuyen district to develop urban areas according to a multi-center model, urban development on the basis of a network of main roads, combining Axis linking urban functional areas; Allocation based on chains, points, clusters, areas, development corridors, taking advantage of the urban transport infrastructure system.
