The conference gave opinions on 6 Law Projects including: Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Guard Law; Law on Prevention and Combat of Human Trafficking (amended); Law on Management and Use of Weapons, Explosives and Support Tools (amended); Law on National Defense, Security and Industrial Mobilization; Law on Fire Prevention, Fighting and Rescue.
The promulgation of these 6 Law Projects has very important political and legal significance, creating a solid foundation to help the People’s Public Security force proactively advise the Party and State on planning policies and guidelines. policies on ensuring security and order, effectively deploying tasks and solutions to implement the strategy of protecting national security, ensuring social order and safety and building the People’s Police force, contributing to promoting the country’s socio-economic development in the new situation.
Giving comments on these Draft Laws, the majority of delegates agreed with the Draft content, and contributed opinions so that when promulgated, the Laws would be feasible and suitable to the real situation. Practical, easy to apply, meets the requirements of State management of social order and safety in the new situation./.
