On April 22, the Provincial Police Security Investigation Agency issued a decision to prosecute the case, prosecute the defendant and execute an arrest warrant for the defendant to temporarily detain Vu Minh Tien (born 1996, Lac Thien hamlet, Gia commune). Previously, in the process of collecting debt and getting into a fight with Tran Van Nam (born 1998, Phong Tinh hamlet, Gia Phong commune, Gia Vien district), Vu Minh Tien used a Colt pistol and shot into the sky 3 times. causing insecurity and order in the area, endangering the health and lives of others.

After committing the crime at Tran Van Nam’s house, Vu Minh Tien ran away, then went to the police station to surrender. During the work process, Tien declared that he bought the above gun and 6 bullets via social networks then brought it to Tran Van Nam’s house and committed the crime.

According to the authorities’ assessment conclusion, the gun Vu Minh Tien used to commit the crime “is a weapon, has the same functions and effects as military weapons and belongs to military weapons”.

Currently, the Provincial Police Security Investigation Agency is continuing to investigate and handle the case according to the provisions of law.
