At the time of the arrest, the police confiscated on the silver mat a set of porcelain dishes, 4 military trophies, over 200 million VND in cash and many other related exhibits.
The gambling venue was determined to be organized by Vu Duy Dai and Do Xuan Khanh (born in 1987, residing in Thanh Do village, Thuy Thanh commune, Thai Thuy district, Thai Binh province), collecting money from players. , and at the same time perform surveillance and vigilance while the subjects gamble.
Based on the documents and evidence collected, on April 19, the Police Investigation Agency (PC02) – Thai Binh Provincial Police issued a decision to prosecute a criminal case, prosecuting 22 defendants for the crime of “Organizing Gambling” specified in Article 322 and “Gambling” specified in Article 321 of the Penal Code.
The decisions and orders have been approved by the People’s Procuracy of Thai Binh province.
