Thanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee has just decided to approve the investment policy of the new residential area project Nam Dong Nan 3, Trieu Son town, Trieu Son district.

Accordingly, the project has a land use scale of 9.07 hectares, implemented in Trieu Son town, Trieu Son district.
The east of the project borders the new residential area Nam Dong Nan 2 and agricultural land. The West borders the district cultural and sports area and urban green land. The South borders existing agricultural land and residential areas. The North borders Road No. 1 of the BT project, the district cultural and sports area, and the new Nam Dong Nan 2 residential area.
Preliminary housing product structure includes 332 houses and residential land lots (62 rough-built houses; 248 adjacent residential land lots and 12 villa lots, 10 resettlement land lots).
The expected population size is about 1,400 people. Total project investment capital is expected to be more than 250.8 billion VND.
The project’s operating term is 50 years, and buyers of houses attached to land use rights can use the land for a long-term stability according to the law. Project implementation progress is no more than 4 years, expected from quarter 2, 2024 to quarter 1, 2028.
Previously, Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee Mai Xuan Liem also signed a decision approving the investment policy of the new residential area project OM42, OM43, OM44 (New residential area northeast of the urban main road) in the city. Rung Thong town, Dong Son district. The project has a land area of about 13.7 hectares. Total project investment is about 766.8 billion VND.
