Both drilled wells and dug wells have run out of water. Currently, only There are still a few houses that have water and share it with surrounding households to use. Many times, there are families who don’t have water to bathe in for several days, which is extremely difficult.”

There are upland gardens, but they also suffer from drought because there is no water for irrigation, and water for daily use must be bought. Ms. Thi Danh shared: “We don’t have water to use here, it’s very difficult. Buying a block of water costs 60,000 VND, but we have no money.”

Without running water, Mr. Dieu Xroi was forced to buy from a neighbor with a drilled well for 60,000 VND/m2.3 But I can only use it for 2 to 3 days and then have to buy it again.

Faced with the water shortage situation of the people, the People’s Committee of Bu Gia Map District has deployed drilling of 3 water wells, 1 in Dak O commune and 2 in Bu Gia Map commune. The drilled well is automatically pumped into a 5 m tank3 and is connected to valves so that people can conveniently get water whenever they need it.
