Attending the conference were representatives of the Central Organizing Committee, Central Inspection Committee, Central Mass Mobilization Committee, Central Propaganda Committee, Department of Internal Political Security (Ministry of Public Security); Vice Presidents of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor: Phan Van Anh, Ngo Duy Hieu, Huynh Thanh Xuan, Thai Thu Xuong, Nguyen Xuan Hung and members of the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
In his opening speech, President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Nguyen Dinh Khang said that according to the agenda of this session, the Presidium will give opinions on 13 contents.
Regarding the Program to build a team of Grassroots Trade Union Presidents to meet task requirements, especially Presidents of Enterprise Trade Unions outside the State sector, Chairman Nguyen Dinh Khang emphasized: This is one of the programs, Thematic resolution implementing the Resolution of the 13th Congress of Vietnam Trade Union. In the spirit of quickly bringing the Resolution of the 13th Congress of Vietnam Trade Unions to life, immediately after the Congress, the Standing Committee directed specialized committees to develop thematic programs and resolutions for promulgation and implementation. . The draft consulted the Chairman, Vice Chairman, and trade union officials working in the organization of the Confederation of Labor of provinces and cities, the Central Industry Trade Union and the equivalent, and the Corporation Trade Union under the General Confederation. group.
