Visiting Dien Bien Soldier Bui Van Tinh, residing in residential group 14, Muong Thanh ward, Dien Bien Phu city, comrade Bui Quang Huy and the working group kindly visited him about his health, expressed his respect, grateful for the great contributions and sacrifices of Dien Bien soldiers in the resistance war against the French, creating the Dien Bien Phu Victory “Illustrious in five continents, shaking the earth”; At the same time, I wish my family and Dien Bien Soldier Bui Van Tinh good health, and be a spiritual support for our children and grandchildren to follow.
