The booking situation at Thua Thien-Hue accommodation establishments has started to heat up over the past two months.
Currently, most establishments are only accepting reservations for the holidays April 30 and May 1.
According to Deputy Director of Thua Thien-Hue Department of Tourism Hoang Phuoc Nhat, it is expected that on the upcoming long holiday of April 30 and May 1, the locality will welcome a large number of visitors from provinces and cities with many tourism stimulus packages. It is estimated that there are about 65,000 visitors coming to Thua Thien-Hue during the 5-day holiday, of which, international visitors are estimated at about 17,000. Revenue is estimated at about 101 billion VND.
According to records, April 28 is the time with the highest booking capacity at accommodation establishments, reaching over 90%.
Establishments with high room occupancy are Laguna Lang Co, Vinpearl Melía Hue, Huong Giang, Cherish, Mondial Hue, Thanh Lich Boutique Hue, White Lotus, Emm Hue…
The number of staying guests is estimated at 45,000, of which, international guests are estimated at more than 32%, Mr. Hoang Phuoc Nhat added.
