At the conference, ministries, branches, localities, and companies raised the advantages and disadvantages, as well as the reasons why the NLN company has not completed the arrangement and innovation as planned; At the same time, propose solutions related to mechanisms and policies to remove difficulties and obstacles in arranging NLN companies.
Speaking at the conference, Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai emphasized that agroforestry companies, formerly state-owned agricultural and forestry farms, play an important role in the process of building and renewing land. country, so ministries, branches and localities need to coordinate closely and focus on removing difficulties and obstacles; At the same time, there are appropriate mechanisms and policies to improve the operational efficiency of agriculture and forestry companies. Promote integration in areas such as developing raw material areas, expanding product consumption markets, processing and exporting forest products, sustainable forest management and forest certification, and developing the forest carbon market. Develop a mechanism to support NLN companies in dissolution and insolvency and supplement charter capital for NLN companies that are 100% state-owned limited liability companies.
Complete the review, measuring, placing landmarks, issuing land use rights certificates, and completely resolving disputes, encroachments, and improper use of land.
